At PawTrim Pro, you're not just a customer. You're part of a community of pet parents who believe grooming should be calm, not stressful. Getting your kit to you quickly and safely is our top priority.
Free Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore
All orders ship free to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. No minimum order required.
We believe every pet deserves access to calmer grooming, so we've eliminated shipping costs across all five markets.
Where We Ship
United States. All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses welcome.
Canada. All provinces and territories.
Australia. All states and territories, including regional and remote addresses.
New Zealand. North Island, South Island, and outlying regions.
Singapore. All addresses island-wide.
Processing Time
We process orders within 1โ2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm EST often ship the same day.
Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing time is separate from delivery transit time.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates below are from the date your order ships, not the date you order.
United States: 3โ5 business days.
Canada: 5โ10 business days.
Australia: 6โ12 business days.
New Zealand: 7โ14 business days.
Singapore: 7โ14 business days.
Most orders arrive within 4โ7 business days in the US, and 7โ14 business days in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore once you add processing time.
Remote and regional addresses in Australia and New Zealand can take a few extra days.
Carriers
United States: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Canada: Canada Post and courier partners.
Australia: Australia Post and courier partners.
New Zealand: NZ Post and courier partners.
Singapore: SingPost and courier partners.
Order Tracking
Every order includes free tracking. Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, a direct tracking link, an estimated delivery date, and the carrier's details.
You can track your order using the link in your confirmation email, by logging into your account, or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of placing your order, email us at support@pawtrimpro.shop.
Duties and Taxes
United States and Canada: All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. No surprise charges on delivery.
Australia and New Zealand: For orders under the local low-value threshold (AUD 1,000 in Australia, NZD 1,000 in New Zealand), GST is collected at checkout where required. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.
Singapore: For orders up to SGD 400, GST is collected at checkout where required. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.
If any duty or tax situation is unclear at checkout, email us before placing your order and we'll walk you through it.
Lost or Missing Packages
We're here to help if something goes wrong.
First, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
If your package appears lost or missing:
- Check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office.
- Verify the delivery status on the tracking page.
- Wait 24 hours after a "delivered" scan โ packages sometimes get scanned early.
- Contact us within 10 days at support@pawtrimpro.shop with your order number, tracking number, and a short description of the issue.
For confirmed lost packages, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (US only).
A signature is not usually required. Packages may be left at your door, mailbox, or with building management.
Some carriers may require a signature for high-value deliveries.
You can add delivery instructions at checkout if needed.
Multiple Items and Split Shipments
If you order more than one PawTrim Pro kit or add additional items, most orders ship together in one package.
Occasionally, items ship separately from different fulfilment centres. Shipping stays free either way.
Separate tracking numbers will be provided for split shipments. Items usually arrive within a day or two of each other.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll ship the available items immediately.
You'll receive a notification about any unavailable items, and a refund for those items will be issued within 3โ5 business days.
Gift Orders
Sending PawTrim Pro as a gift? Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add an optional gift message.
No pricing information appears inside the package.
Shipping stays free, and tracking is sent to your email so you can pass it along or keep it a surprise.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, and other major sales events), processing may extend to 2โ3 business days, and carrier transit times may also be longer.
We'll let you know if there are any delays.
During peak seasons, we process orders seven days a week to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays
Weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, and public holidays can occasionally cause delays. These are outside our control, but we'll keep you updated.
