FREE Shipping Across the USA
All orders ship FREE within the United States.
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from the date of your order.
We believe every pet deserves access to stress-free grooming, which is why we have eliminated shipping costs for all US customers.
We Ship Throughout the United States
PawTrim Pro ships to all 50 states including the 48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are welcome.
Processing Time
We process orders quickly to get PawTrim Pro to your pet as soon as possible. Standard processing is 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm EST often ship the same day. Processing times exclude holidays and weekends.
If your order is prepared within 24 hours, we will ship it immediately. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Details
We ship using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
Shipping is always free with no minimum order required.
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Estimated Total Time (Order to Delivery)
Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days.
For example, if you order on Monday, the package typically ships Tuesday or Wednesday and arrives Friday or Monday.
Order Tracking
Every order includes free tracking sent via email once your package ships. You will receive your tracking number, a direct tracking link, estimated delivery date, and carrier information.
You can track your order using the link in your confirmation email, by logging into your account, or by using the tracking number directly on the carrierās website.

Lost or Missing Packages
We are here to help if something goes wrong with your delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout as we cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
If your package appears lost or missing, check with neighbors or building management, verify delivery on the tracking page, wait 24 hours after a delivered scan, and then contact us within 10 days at suppor t@ pawtrimPro.shop with your order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue.
For confirmed lost packages, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and all US territories.
A signature is not required for standard deliveries. Packages may be left at your door, mailbox, or with building management.
In some high-value areas, carriers may require a signature.
You may add delivery instructions at checkout if needed.
Multiple Items and Split Shipments
If you order multiple PawTrim Pro kits or additional items, most orders will ship together in one package.
At times, items may ship separately from different warehouses. This does not affect your cost. Shipping remains free on all items.
Separate tracking numbers will be provided for split shipments. Items typically arrive within one to two days of each other.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes out of stock, we will ship all available items immediately.
You will receive a notification regarding any unavailable items and a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Gift Orders
If you are sending PawTrim Pro as a gift, enter the recipient's address at checkout and include an optional gift message.
No pricing information will appear inside the package.
Shipping remains free and tracking information will be sent to your email.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holiday periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing may extend to 2-3 business days. Carrier transit times may also be longer.
We will notify you of any delays.
During peak seasons, we process orders seven days a week to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
Weather events, natural disasters, carrier issues, and federal holidays can occasionally cause delays.
